Why I Should Be Judge of CCL #5

There are three reasons why I should be
elected as Judge of County Court at Law Number 5:

Legal Experience
I have been a practicing lawyer over 28
years. I have experience in all types of cases in courts all
over Texas and Oklahoma. I have handled big cases and small, and have
primarily practiced in courts just like CCL 5.
Leadership Experience
-
In 1979 I was a managing lawyer of the
legal aid office in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

In 1983 I founded Garcia and Garcia Attorneys at Law
and have been a managing partner ever since.

I have been president of the Sacred
Heart School Board.

I have been president of Conroe Service
League.
Life Experience
-
I am a fourth generation Texan. I know
Texas.

I have lived in Montgomery County since
1982. I know Montgomery County.

I have 3 children: a graduate of Notre
Dame, a graduate of Auburn University, and my youngest
daughter is an honor student at the McCombs School of Business
at the University of Texas in
Austin.
I am a serious candidate for a serious
office. Recently, one of our county courts had 550
cases on its docket. That is one court on one day. I will
work hard to move cases expeditiously. I will be respectful,
attentive, and impartial to all who come before my court.
I have the legal experience, the leadership experience, and
the life experience for this important job. I submit this
